Ordering Info & Shop Policies

Hello and welcome to Nostalgems! Enjoy your little ramble around the store. Just before you're ready to order, please take time to read our store policies (I know, it's the boring but important bit). Rina

Placing Orders

  • Store prices: Our prices are in New Zealand Dollars. If you are NOT based in New Zealand (home of Nostalgems), please go to nostalgems.com or nostalgems.etsy.com.
  • For payment, we accept all major credit cards which are processed through Paypal. If you wish to pay by credit card and do not have a Paypal account, then not to worry! You do not need a PayPal Account to pay for your items through PayPal. After you submit your order click the "Pay Now" button. Scroll Down and you will see the option to pay with a Credit or Debit Card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account.
  • Payment must be made in full and have cleared before the item is shipped.
  • If you are having any issues with PayPal, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will attempt to assist you in anyway that we can.
  • If you purchase something and change your mind before paying please let us know and we will cancel the transaction.

Shipping Orders

  • Your order will be shipped approximately within 2 - 3 working days after receiving your payment. My assistant Jasmin will personally email you to let you know that your order has been posted.
  • If you have not received your order within the delivery time, please contact us andwe will do our best to resolve the problem.

Exchanges & Returns

  • If you are unhappy with your order for any reason please contact us within 7 working days of receiving your package. We will do our best to resolve the problem quickly.
  • Refunds and exchanges are taken on a case-by-case basis.


Wholesale Orders

  • Are you a store owner or craft seller? Talk to us as we can do wholesale orders.
  • Sorry we do not accept consignment offers.
